After auditing their digital presence, we identified the absence of a structured funnel for enquiries, with growth relying heavily on word-of-mouth and organic reach. We implemented a dual-strategy Meta Ads campaign combining awareness and lead generation, supported by optimised landing pages and tailored creative assets. Within the Marylebone campaign, this delivered 972 leads at just £3.00 each, reaching 106,388 people and generating 361,746 impressions, driving consistent high-quality bookings and positioning the brand as a go-to space for beauty and wellness professionals.
