The skin clinic specialises in advanced, non-invasive beauty and wellbeing treatments, including HIFU, Microneedling, Japanese Head Spa, and Hydrafacial. We began the project with a detailed strategy meeting to understand their business model, service offerings, target demographics, and current marketing efforts and challenges.
