A London-based provider of industrial warehouses, commercial units, and flexible workspaces sought to attract small businesses needing practical, affordable space. Despite a strong property offering, their online visibility was low, and enquiries relied mainly on referrals and sporadic organic traffic. We developed a structured digital marketing strategy focused on increasing visibility, generating consistent qualified enquiries, and positioning them as a go-to solution for entrepreneurs and tradespeople. This approach created a scalable system for reaching tenants and driving predictable growth.
Our engagement began with a discovery session to understand the client’s business model, target market, and existing marketing efforts, followed by a full audit and competitor research. We found that while their properties were competitive and well-located, online visibility was low, particularly among small business owners actively searching for storage, office, or industrial space. To address this, we developed a Paid Social strategy on Meta Ads, combining awareness campaigns to showcase flexibility and location benefits with lead generation campaigns targeting high-intent users. Creatives were tailored to the commercial property sector, featuring real units, clean branding, and strong calls to action that highlighted growth, affordability, and ease of access. One campaign generated 99 qualified leads at £3.95 each, reaching 28,509 people, and we now continue to support the client across additional sites to drive scalable growth and consistent enquiries.
